Project Overview and Scope

TDC’s service division manages the ongoing maintenance and reactive breakdowns at Airbus Broughton, one of many CBRE accounts across the UK. We provide a tailored maintenance package covering Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation, and Combined Heat and Power assets, ensuring compliance and smooth operation at this key facility.

Onsite Team and Collaboration

TDC delivers this service through an onsite team supported by our Technical Service and Project divisions. Our close collaboration with CBRE management and staff ensures a high-quality service. We maintain excellent relationships with both CBRE and Airbus, understanding their expectations for maintaining high standards of work.

Detailed Monthly Reporting

As part of our service, TDC provides comprehensive monthly reports. These reports detail assets serviced, highlight hazard observations, note outstanding quotations, and identify associated risks. This transparency ensures that all stakeholders remain informed about the site’s maintenance and any potential issues.

Project Support and Asset Replacement

TDC’s Project Division works closely with the onsite team, offering expertise in asset replacement and industry knowledge. Over the past two years, we have successfully completed several replacement projects, identified through routine maintenance, which have been essential to ensuring continued operational efficiency.

CAPEX Planning and Energy Efficiency

Our project team also assists Airbus and CBRE with CAPEX funding by developing detailed project plans. These plans outline cost savings, energy consumption comparisons, and funding requirements, helping stakeholders make informed decisions regarding upgrades and long-term investments in the site’s infrastructure.
